AutoIMS will be conducting a planned disaster recovery (DR) exercise that involves switching our primary operations to our secondary data center. This is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our disaster recovery capabilities and ensure business continuity. The DR exercise is Thursday, October 16th, beginning in the late evening hours. Services will continue to run from the secondary site for several days following the switchover. AutoIMS services will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance windows primarily to validate all production services are available. All customer data and configurations will be preserved throughout the process. Our support teams will be monitoring all systems closely and are prepared to address any issues that may arise. A secondary switchover will occur on Sunday, October 19th. Services will resume from our primary site after the switchover.
